7YOGA: Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana)

Lie on your back and bend your knees, hugging them in toward your chest. Then take the outer edges of your feet in your hands, reaching your knees toward your armpits. (If this is too much, take your hands to the back of your thighs.) Rock softly from left to right if that feels nice; stay here for 10 deep breaths.
